We're looking for a brilliant PR Manager to build Treatwell's reputation and share of voice across Europe.

Sitting within our Global Brand team, you'll lead PR across industry, consumer and corporate communications. You'll help make Treatwell famous with beauty customers while strengthening our position as the platform shaping the future of the hair and beauty industry.

This is a strategic and hands-on role. You'll set the European PR strategy, manage our network of agencies and work closely with local teams to turn global stories into locally relevant moments. From consumer campaigns and cultural trends to industry insight, product innovation and partner success stories, you'll find the stories that earn attention and build credibility.

You'll need to understand both sides of our marketplace: the consumers looking for their next treatment and the salon professionals building their businesses on Treatwell.

Requirements

  • Lead our European PR strategy

    • Develop and deliver an integrated PR strategy across Treatwell's European markets, supporting our brand and commercial priorities.
    • Build Treatwell's share of voice across consumer, beauty, business, technology and industry media.
    • Create a clear, proactive communications calendar spanning campaigns, cultural moments, company news, product launches, industry trends and thought leadership.
    • Balance global consistency with the local relevance needed to make stories land in different European markets.
    • Identify opportunities for Treatwell to lead conversations about beauty, technology, entrepreneurship and the future of the industry.
  • Build consumer fame

    • Lead PR for Treatwell's brand campaigns, partnerships, activations and key trading moments.
    • Turn Treatwell's data, expertise and customer behaviour into timely, culturally relevant stories.
    • Build strong relationships with beauty, lifestyle, travel and consumer media across Europe.
    • Work closely with Brand Marketing, Social, Content, Influencer and Creative teams to create joined-up campaigns with earned potential built in from the start.
    • Keep Treatwell connected to beauty culture, emerging treatments, talent, trends and the conversations shaping how people discover and book beauty.
  • Strengthen our B2B and industry reputation

    • Position Treatwell as a trusted authority and champion for hair and beauty professionals.
    • Develop compelling stories about our partners, technology, innovation and contribution to the industry.
    • Build strong relationships with beauty trade, business, technology and entrepreneurial media.
    • Create thought leadership platforms for senior leaders and internal experts, including commentary, bylines, interviews, speaking opportunities and industry events.
    • Work closely with Commercial, Product and Supply teams to uncover proof points, partner stories and industry insights that demonstrate Treatwell's value.
    • Ensure the voices and realities of salon owners, stylists and beauty professionals are represented authentically in our communications.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
