The Opportunity
NKrush is looking for an experienced and ambitious PR Manager to join our communications team and work across a portfolio of leading motorsport clients.
You will work across Formula 1, WEC, MotoGP and other major motorsport programmes, supporting and leading PR and communications activity across a fast-moving international calendar.
This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, can manage multiple projects simultaneously and understands how to create compelling stories that cut through in the world of global sport.
The Role
- Develop, lead and support PR and communications programmes across multiple motorsport clients
- Build strong relationships with clients, media and key stakeholders
- Develop press releases, briefing documents and other communications materials
- Identify media opportunities and relevant news hooks
- Manage media relations and support media engagement around major events
- Coordinate PR activity around the Formula 1, WEC and MotoGP calendars (with on-site delivery)
- Monitor relevant media coverage and provide reporting and insights
- Contribute ideas and creative thinking to campaigns and client programmes

About You
We are looking for someone with 3–4 years' PR and communications experience, ideally within sport, motorsport, entertainment or an agency environment. You will be:

- A confident communicator and strong writer
- Highly organised and able to multitask across multiple clients
- Proactive, ambitious and comfortable taking ownership
- Creative, with the ability to develop strong and newsworthy ideas
- Experienced in media relations and client servicing
- Comfortable working at pace and managing tight deadlines
- Commercially aware and able to understand a client's objectives
- Detail-oriented with a high standard of work
- A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- Passionate about motorsport and the wider sports landscape
- Willing and able to travel internationally
- Ability to work in the UK
