PR Manager - Crypto, Fintech & Emerging Tech
Location: Remote (US or UK preferred)

We're looking for a US-based PR Manager to lead client accounts across crypto, fintech, and emerging technology. This is a client-facing role suited to someone who is confident managing relationships with founders and senior stakeholders, while driving strategic communications campaigns and securing meaningful media coverage.
You'll own a portfolio of approximately 4-5 clients, acting as their trusted PR partner while working closely with our internal team to deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 4-5 client accounts, serving as the primary day-to-day contact.
- Build trusted relationships with founders, executives, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns aligned with client business objectives.
- Lead client calls, present campaign updates, and provide strategic communications counsel.
- Build, maintain, and leverage relationships with US business, finance, technology, and crypto journalists.
- Identify proactive media opportunities, newsjacking moments, and thought leadership angles.
- Write compelling pitches, press releases, media alerts, and briefing materials.
- Secure interviews, features, contributed articles, and top-tier media coverage.
- Collaborate with internal content, social media, and marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, media coverage, and industry trends, providing clients with strategic recommendations and reporting.

Requirements
- 4+ years of public relations experience, ideally within an agency environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience working directly with founders, executives, or senior stakeholders.
- Strong relationships with US journalists across business, finance, technology, and crypto media.
- Demonstrated success securing coverage in top-tier publications.
- Experience working with crypto, fintech, or emerging technology clients.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional project and account management skills.
- Comfortable working remotely within an international team.
- A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for building long-term client and media relationships.

Nice to Have
- Existing relationships with reporters across outlets such as Bloomberg, CNBC, Forbes, Fortune, TechCrunch, CoinDesk, Cointelegraph, The Block, WSJ, etc.
- Experience leading executive profiling and thought leadership campaigns.
