Job Title
Are you passionate about brand storytelling and creating campaigns that generate conversation? We’re looking for an experienced PR Manager to lead communications across EMEA and Global Franchise markets, helping to bring an internationally recognised lifestyle brand to life through compelling stories, media engagement and unforgettable experiences.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple international markets, partnering with regional teams, agencies and franchise partners to deliver innovative PR campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and reputation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and deliver engaging PR strategies that bring brand and product stories to life across EMEA.
- Create compelling, localised press materials, campaigns and media experiences that resonate with regional audiences.
- Manage PR agencies across key European markets, ensuring consistent delivery against communications objectives.
- Support Global Franchise partners with campaign activation, media engagement and local storytelling.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with journalists, editors and key opinion leaders across the region.
- Lead the regional press office, managing both proactive media outreach and reactive enquiries.
- Work closely with internal Community teams to amplify ambassador stories through interviews, media opportunities and brand experiences.
- Plan and deliver impactful press events, launches and community activations.
- Support the day-to-day running of the PR function, including media monitoring, sample management and process improvements.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in consumer PR, either in-house, agency side or both.
- A proven track record of delivering successful PR campaigns for consumer or lifestyle brands.
- Excellent media relations skills with an understanding of the UK and wider EMEA media landscape.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working across international markets and collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Fluent English is essential. French, German, Spanish or Italian language skills would be an advantage.
