We are excited to be supporting our client - a leading international law firm - as they recruit for a PR Manager to join their team. This is a really fantastic opportunity for a strong PR Manager to join a high performing team who has buy in from senior leadership and real visibility across the firm. The PR Manager will drive the firm's global reputation, deliver profile raising campaigns and lead on media relations and corporate messaging.
You'll work across firmwide comms programmes as part of a truly collaborative and creative team, whilst also taking ownership of two key divisions - real estate & construction and business, corporate and tech.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead media relations and secure high-profile coverage.
- Build relationships with media and industry stakeholders.
- Design thought leadership campaigns to increase visibility.
- Advise senior leaders on media engagement and messaging.
- Support corporate initiatives including announcements and leadership communication.
- Create press releases, media statements, and briefing materials.
- Manage external PR agencies and evaluate campaign performance.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Assist with crisis communication and issues management.
- Foster relationships with internal practice groups and offices.

Experience required
- 5+ years’ experience in PR, corporate communications or media relations.
- Proven experience within a law firm or similar professional services business.
- Experience advising senior leaders and securing media coverage.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability.
- Organised, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of reputation management and issues resolution.
- Legal sector or international experience is desirable.
- Experience in crisis communications is advantageous.
- Credible, strategic, calm under pressure, and collaborative.
- Discretion in handling sensitive information.
