Mode Search is supporting a luxury fashion brand with the search for an experienced PR Manager to lead its day-to-day public relations activity. This role will be responsible for strengthening brand awareness and desirability through strategic media relations, VIP and celebrity engagement, editorial opportunities, and impactful PR initiatives across the business.
Based in London, this is a full-time, permanent position operating on a hybrid basis, with four days per week in the office and one day working remotely. The role reports directly to the Marketing & Communications Director and will also oversee junior PR support.
The Role
- Deliver the annual PR and communications strategy, driving media coverage, editorial opportunities, and brand visibility across key markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with editors, journalists, stylists, celebrities, VIPs, and industry contacts, while managing external PR agencies.
- Lead celebrity dressing, VIP engagement, seasonal press launches, Fashion Week activity, collection launches, and PR events.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the press office, including press requests, sample movements, send-outs, showroom coordination, and coverage tracking.
- Manage PR budgets and performance reporting, including forecasting, supplier management, KPI tracking, EMV, media analysis, and competitor insights.

Requirements
- Proven PR or communications experience within luxury fashion, luxury lifestyle, or a premium consumer brand.
- Strong network across media, editorial, styling, celebrity, and VIP communities, with a track record of securing high-quality brand coverage.
- Experience managing external PR agencies and delivering seasonal campaigns, Fashion Week activity, launches, and luxury events.
- Strong understanding of luxury press office operations, celebrity dressing, VIP relations, sample management, and PR budget management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
