We’re looking for a creative, proactive and commercially minded PR Manager – Toys & Games to join our UK Product & Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead PR and communications across a much-loved portfolio of toys, games and puzzles. You’ll help build brand awareness, generate standout media coverage and create engaging campaigns that support our wider marketing and commercial objectives.
Working closely with Marketing, Brand and Sales teams, as well as external agencies and partners, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brands are seen and talked about in the UK.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and deliver PR strategies and campaigns across product launches, brand activity and key seasonal moments.
- Lead PR for key launches and activations, including London Toy Fair, Spring Fair and the Big Christmas Press Show.
- Build strong relationships with journalists, influencers, content creators and industry partners.
- Secure high-quality coverage across print, online, broadcast and social media.
- Lead influencer and creator partnerships, including product seeding and performance tracking.
- Develop compelling PR content including press releases, media pitches, product stories and briefing documents.
- Manage product samples, press loans and review programmes.
- Monitor coverage, competitor activity and PR performance, providing insight and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively across the business to ensure PR activity supports brand and commercial priorities.
- Support crisis and issues management when required.
- Build relationships with the UK Jigsaw Puzzle Association, including sponsorship and PR opportunities around speed-puzzling events.
- Identify creative new opportunities to generate awareness, engagement and standout moments.

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in PR, communications or media relations, ideally within toys, games, FMCG or consumer brands.
- Strong knowledge of the UK media landscape, including consumer, trade, influencer and digital channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a natural flair for storytelling.
- Experience delivering product launches, campaigns and seasonal PR programmes.
- Strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident stakeholder management and experience working with external partners or agencies.
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of PR measurement, evaluation and ROI.
