Are you ready to rethink your routine? We're looking for a dynamic PR Manager to join our Marketing Team, managing PR across the Trinny London brand and Trinny Woodall. Reporting into our Head of Communications & Advocacy, you will significantly expand our brand narrative, drive impactful earned media, shape corporate reputation, and lead integrated PR/advocacy across the UK, US, Australia and Ireland. Supporting our internal team and managing our agencies, you will advise our Founder and CEO on personal brand alignment and strategic storytelling.

The ideal candidate blends creativity with strategic insight, understands the media landscape, digital culture, and the beauty sector, and can inspire teams and partners for breakthrough communications.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically balance and execute PR initiatives for both Trinny London and our founder Trinny Woodall, ensuring her high-profile personal appearances and press align directly with Trinny London's core business objectives.
  • Implement integrated PR strategies across the UK, US, IRE, and AU, monitoring market trends to deliver compelling, consistent brand narratives for both existing and new product campaigns.
  • Partner closely with internal marketing teams to translate creative briefs into fully aligned comms plans that maintain uniform brand messaging.
  • Direct regional PR agencies to drive high-impact local activations, holding them accountable for territory growth while overseeing media prep, briefing docs, and interview chaperones.
  • Cultivate and develop long-term relationships with premier beauty, lifestyle, and business editors, as well as key opinion leaders and VIPs, to secure continuous press coverage and sustained brand advocacy.
  • Identify emerging trends, influencer strategies, and innovative media touchpoints to maximise the reach and impact of earned coverage globally.
  • Lead and develop a Coordinator within their role and to support with any PR Initiatives.

Requirements

  • Significant experience managing high-impact communications/PR programs within the beauty industry and managing a high-profile brand founder / brand personality.
  • A proven Beauty PR leader with strong media relationships and in-depth knowledge of the global beauty industry.
  • A creative outlook on pitching ideas to the media securing impactful, sales-driving coverage.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to strategically build and leverage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Full of energy and enthusiasm with a fantastic can-do attitude.
  • Excellent writer with flawless spelling and grammar skills.
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
  • Responds quickly and decisively to changes and amends.
  • Confident in strategically communicating ideas.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Seeks out relevant data and applies technical skills to support effective problem solving.
