Position Information
As PR & Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the elevation and development of Chantecaille in the UK & Ireland. This dynamic role offers exposure across the entire marketing function, with responsibilities spanning brand, PR, retail, visual merchandising & digital – with a particular focus on accelerating brand awareness, supporting communication efforts, as well as driving retail.
Position Responsibilities
PR
- Manage daily press and social monitoring, reporting and analysing media coverage and key metrics
- Support with tracking ROI - contribute to reporting on KPIs, including coverage reach, EMV (Earned Media Value), sentiment
- Maintain and align the editorial calendar with cultural moments and integrated marketing activity
- Drive EMV (Earned Media Value) by leading small-scale activations within and beyond the launch calendar (e.g. seasonal or cultural moments, trends)
- Support influencer campaigns - assist with identifying, briefing and coordinating influencer partnerships and seeding initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand tone and strategy
- Identify and recommend new creators, press and media opportunities - manage outreach and support execution of collaborations
- Build and maintain media relationships, proactively networking with beauty press, influencers and talent
- Oversee product send-outs, image requests, creative mailers, product pitches, and asset distribution to press/influencers
- Support the planning and execution of PR events and activations
- Coordinate couriers and shipments, ensuring smooth and timely execution
- Manage and track samples inventory
- Oversee asset management, including briefing, printing and approvals
- Maintain PR databases and subscriptions
- Budget support: raising POs, tracking spend and general administrative duties

Marketing
- Support marketing planning and execution, including POSM (Point of Sale Marketing) forecasting, ordering and field-facing guidelines
- Partner with Product Manager on promotional calendar (Gift with Purchase and Sampling) ensuring timely and effective rollout
- Oversee management and delivery of printed materials (e.g. counter and launch collateral)
- Assist the Visual Merchandising and Product Managers in rolling out the brand calendar – from coordinating shipments + guidelines, working with external suppliers to in-store checks and execution
- Retailer liaison support: maintain strong working relationships with retailer marketing teams, assisting in the coordination of joint marketing initiatives or co-op campaigns
- In-store experience monitoring - support in collecting qualitative feedback from field or stores on marketing effectiveness (e.g. visuals, sampling, point of sale marketing impact)
- Monitor and report on competitor activity, product launches and market trends
- Track, report and analyse marketing launches as well as performance within the competitive landscape
- Lead on tester management, ensuring timely delivery and tracking of spend
- Assist the Marketing Director & Product Manager and wider team on ad hoc projects, reports and analysis
- Prepare set-ups and logistics for internal and external conferences and meetings
- Budget support: raising POs, tracking and administrative follow-up

Position Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant field preferred
Skills & Behaviors
- Passionate about the luxury beauty industry, with a strong desire to grow and contribute
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to problem-solve and take initiative
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in all work
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and positive attitude, eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design tools is a plus

Chantecaille uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our future employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognise and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.
