Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with media, journalists, editors and industry contacts
- Lead PR activity for product launches and brand campaigns, ensuring consistent visibility
- Develop and execute creative press events, mailers and communications strategies
- Manage influencer and affiliate partnerships, from briefing to performance reporting
- Identify and activate brand collaborations, retailer partnerships and co-marketing opportunities
- Monitor media coverage, analyse performance and deliver actionable insights
- Drive always-on PR activity, capitalising on trends, seasonal moments and cultural opportunities
- Manage awards submissions and amplify recognition across channels

Candidate Requirements
- Extensive experience in beauty PR, with exposure to partnerships and influencer marketing
- Strong network within the UK media and influencer landscape
- Commercial mindset, with an understanding of affiliate marketing and campaign performance
- Highly organised, creative and confident working cross-functionally
