PR Person (experienced or new-ish) needed who's looking to carve out their own career with us (co-founder role).
Podcast which filmed from our own studio in Soho, London and soon returning for the next season after a hiatus is looking for a PR person to join our small team and help get the show out there and share in the rewards as one of the founders.
We’re not another generic podcast company looking to pump out arbitrary shows, we’re looking to do a LOT more in Podcasting but need someone to grow with us from root to fruit.
As this is a shared ownership company (team of five) there is no remuneration for any of us right now but as mentioned above once we've gained advertising and sponsorship we will all share in the rewards equally.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
