You will be joining a team of 20 based in London, working on a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with flexibility where needed. We value our time together in the office and regularly come together for monthly team lunches, collaborative workshops, and team activities to keep things engaging and connected.
The Role
We're looking for an ambitious Senior Account Director ready to step into a fast-paced agency environment and grow their career across a varied corporate client portfolio. You're naturally curious about how organisations operate, the issues shaping business and corporate reputation, and the role communications plays in influencing stakeholders. You want to shape reputations, position senior leaders and deliver strategic communications that cut through and make a meaningful impact.
You’ll work alongside our senior team across a mix of B2B and corporate accounts, supporting fast-growing founder-led businesses that operate in sectors including new media, technology, venture capital, healthcare and mobility. From founder-led and fast-growing businesses to established organisations, you’ll help shape narratives that land in the right media, position founders and leadership teams with authority, and support strategic campaigns that drive impact for clients.
This is the right role if you're hungry to develop your strategic thinking, want to get better at translating complex business stories into compelling narratives, and are ready to learn from brilliant clients doing genuinely interesting things across corporate sectors.
What You'll Do
- Support strategic client relationships across 6 corporate accounts, working closely with Directors and Senior Account Directors
- Deliver end-to-end client campaigns, including press events, media briefings, corporate profiling and full client relationship management with senior support
- Translate client business goals into clear, compelling PR and communications activity that shapes reputation and drives impact.
- Contribute to narrative development, positioning, communications planning and corporate storytelling for brands navigating periods of rapid change and growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with business, corporate and trade media contacts.
- Secure media coverage and thought leadership opportunities across top-tier outlets, including founder, C-level and partner profiling, with support from the senior team on strategic pitching.
- Secure panels and speaking opportunities for senior stakeholders at key global and industry events
- Draft press materials, bylines and thought leadership content that resonates with influential media
- Stay curious about industry trends, news cycles and emerging business conversations
- Develop your strategic thinking through exposure to C-suite communications and founder profiling

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
