About the Role
This innovative and agile, independent PR agency is growing and are now looking for a PR Senior/Account Director to join part of their senior team. They work with a range of start-ups and fast growth clients, predominantly within the tech space but this could span AI, enterprise tech, fintech and much more. They work directly with founders and investors providing senior level strategic advice to build and maintain reputations and ultimately drive commercial growth.
Culture and Team
Being small they have a very open culture and everyone has a voice and makes an impact. They are a high performing team that really value making a difference for clients and providing strategic communications advice. Everything they do is tailored, intellectually robust and makes commercial sense for their clients. There is loads of autonomy and people who thrive here really enjoy that level of personal responsibility, whilst having a team to share ideas and support. Being a smaller team this role really is a combination of providing very senior level counsel, staying close to the work but also being prepared to be hands on when needed. Here you will still run press offices, identify the editorial hook, craft content and lead by example to secure top tier coverage, as well as setting strategy and advising the most senior of clients.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
