If you’re looking for a new challenge, working with some of the biggest cycling brands in the world and developing your career in PR and Social, this is for you! We’re looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic PR & Social Media Executive to join our team.

As part of our growing PR department, you will support across all aspects of activation from product launches and international media events to content writing and campaign reporting. As a digital native well versed in the social channels, you’ll be pitching innovative stories to journalists whilst developing creative content ideas to engage social media audiences when required.

You will report into both the PR Manager and Social Media Manager with support from the team and wider agency, with lots of opportunities to develop your own particular skills and interests. We’re always open to new ideas, taking risks and going after rewarding challenges; and we look to nurture this attitude in our junior recruits.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
