PR & Social Media Manager Role

As PR & Social Media Manager you will manage Warner Hotels' organic social media and communications activity, helping to bring our stories to life in engaging, creative and impactful ways. You'll uncover compelling stories that strengthen Warner's reputation, grow brand awareness and support commercial performance.
Working alongside the Head of Brand & Communications, you will implement Warner's social media and communications strategy, manage our PR agency and creator programme, and identify opportunities to generate earned attention across the brand. You'll manage integrated communications plans, oversee PR agency relationships and ensure every campaign is supported by high-quality social content and PR activation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Implement Warner Hotels' organic social media and communications strategy.
- Manage & deliver the annual editorial and content calendar.
- Identify stories and opportunities that support business priorities.
- Ensure social media and PR activity is fully integrated into wider marketing campaigns.

Social Media
- Manage Warner Hotels' organic social media channels across all key platforms.
- Deliver audience growth, engagement and brand consideration through compelling content.
- Identify platform trends and emerging opportunities.
- Provide creative guidance for channel-first content.
Public Relations
- Manage Warner's consumer PR programme and support corporate and crisis communications where required.
- Manage Warner's PR agency and ensure delivery against agreed objectives.
- Identify proactive media opportunities and campaigns.
- Support reputation management through effective communications planning.
Ambassadors & Creators
- Manage Warner Hotels' ambassador programme.
- Identify and oversee creator and influencer partnerships.
- Ensure partnerships deliver agreed objectives and measurable business value.
- Work closely with talent, agents and internal stakeholders
Events & Experiences
- Manage communications activity for Warner launch events, media previews and influencer experiences.
- Maximise content, PR and creator opportunities across all events.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event delivery.
Requirements
Our Social Media and PR Manager will need to have significant experience managing social media and PR for a relevant consumer brand, with an excellent understanding of content-led marketing and storytelling. You'll need to have experience in managing agencies, creators and ambassadors. You'll also need to have great stakeholder management and project leadership skills and excellent copywriting skill with good editorial judgement. It would be great if you had experience planning and delivering integrated campaigns, ideally within hospitality, travel, leisure or lifestyle experiences.
