Hybrid Working
Tues, Weds, Thurs in office. You decide (home or office) on Monday and Friday.

The Agency
We've partnered with a multi-award winning (one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work) communications & content marketing agency to find them a PR and Sponsorships Account Executive to sit in their sports team. Founded in 2002, this team of over 60 proactive and down-to-earth communicators are split into three teams, sport, automotive and tech, spread across offices in London and Dubai. Bound together by a shared love of exciting audiences through bold PR, marketing and comms campaigns, they aren't interested in vanilla. In 2024 they transitioned to Employee Ownership in order to secure the long-term independence of the agency and provide its employees with both a greater level of involvement and a share in the business’ future success.

The Role
You'll get stuck into exciting sponsorship activations and campaigns spanning padel, golf and Olympic sport, while also working across a brilliant mix of B2B and consumer sports brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career where PR, sport, sponsorship and creativity collide.
You
You will have between 6-12 months' experience. Someone who is organised, proactive, creative and passionate about sport, with experience in PR, sports marketing, sponsorship or brand communications. You'll be a strong writer, confident communicator and brilliant team player who is keen to learn and progress.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting PR and sponsorship campaigns.
- Writing press releases, features and social content.
- Pitching and building relationships with media.
- Identifying reactive opportunities and newsjacking.
- Supporting events, activations and creative campaigns.
- Helping maximise sponsorship opportunities.
- Bringing fresh ideas to brainstorms.
Salary and Benefits
Salary DOE, employee owned company with bonus scheme, private health cover, well-being allowance, team & company social allowances, 25 days holiday + 2 half day flexi-days, hybrid working - 3 days in office, 4.30pm finish on Fridays.
