Practice Administrator

West London, Office-Based, Full-Time
£40,000-£50,000 p.a.

A well-established architecture practice is looking for an experienced Practice Administrator to support the smooth running of their west London office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact and be comfortable representing the practice with professionalism and confidence.

This is a varied role central to their team; responsibilities involve:

  • Front-of-house
  • Administration
  • Team coordination
  • Some marketing and social media management

Other duties include:

  • Managing communications
  • Coordinating meetings, travel, and CPDs
  • Supporting project administration and document control
  • Assisting with presentations, events, and marketing activities
