Job Summary
As a Practice Architect – Delivery Architecture (DA) within the Center of Excellence (COE), you will serve as a hands-on technical leader responsible for ensuring that delivery methodologies, frameworks, and architectures are executable in real-world customer environments. You will bridge the gap between design and execution by validating how solutions are deployed, identifying friction points, and driving continuous improvement in how services are delivered at scale.
This role operates at the intersection of Professional Services, Scale & Optimize (S&O), and COE, ensuring that delivery approaches are not only well-designed but also practical, repeatable, and optimized for speed, quality, and customer outcomes.
Field Execution & Delivery Validation
- Participate directly in customer deployments to validate COE delivery methodologies, frameworks, and tools in real-world environments.
- Provide hands-on support for complex or high-risk engagements, acting as a technical escalation point.
- Ensure delivery approaches are executable, efficient, and aligned with customer environments and constraints.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
