Job Description
We're looking for a Practice Assistant to provide a high-quality, comprehensive workflow management and organisational service to fee earners across our Legal Support Services team.
The role
As a Practice Assistant, you'll act as the single point of contact for fee earners, taking ownership of all tasks through to completion - whether by undertaking the work yourself or managing workflow through Team Assistants and Shared Services. You'll deliver exceptional client service and play a key role in the smooth running of your group.

What You'll Be Doing

- Building and maintaining strong client relationships - becoming an active part in the care of clients, handling queries, managing client calls, and ensuring new prospects, clients and contacts are accurately recorded in our systems.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to fee earners, including diary management, travel and accommodation bookings, preparation of agendas and papers, supporting business development activities such as pitches and presentations, and overseeing file opening, closing and compliance procedures.
- Assisting with financial administration, including complex billing, credit control, expenses, time allocation, disbursements, and supporting the WIP certification process, as well as managing client data rooms and ensuring accurate matter data across case and practice management systems.
