About the Role
Due to staff being promoted, this is an exciting opportunity for dynamic, innovative, and creative NMC Registrants to join the NHS Fife Practice and Professional Development Team. This role will work closely with the Lead PEF, Head of Department, and HEIs in a practical role in providing support, education, and development to clinical staff and student learners. The post-holder is expected to motivate staff and students to provide high standards of care by acting as a role model.
Key Requirements
- Position: Registered Nurse/Midwife
- Education: Educated to degree level (or equivalent) and have, or be willing to achieve, a post graduate qualification.
- Skills:
- Well-developed interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of education and the practice learning environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team setting
- Ability to self-direct work and demonstrate leadership in the delivery of national and local education priorities

- Salary: Pro rata for part time hours if applicable
- PVG Scheme: A requirement of this post is to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme Prior to appointment.
