Practice Engagement Manager, EMEA

Supply Chain Transformation | CSCO Advisory | GBS

Location: UK / Europe (Flexible)

Do you have a passion for Supply Chain transformation and helping organisations unlock operational excellence?

We are seeking an experienced Practice Engagement Manager to support the growth of our Supply Chain Transformation and Outsourcing practice across EMEA. This is a client-facing leadership role focused on helping organisations reimagine their Sales & Fulfilment, Supply Chain, and Global Business Services operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build strategic relationships with Chief Supply Chain Officers (CSCOs), CXOs, and GBS leaders.
  • Partner with clients to define and deliver large-scale Supply Chain transformation programmes.
  • Co-lead transformational outsourcing and consulting pursuits alongside sales leadership.
  • Work with consulting and solution teams to develop compelling, market-leading proposals.
  • Support governance and successful delivery of complex transformation engagements.
  • Create thought leadership content including webinars, articles, and industry insights.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members across pursuit and transformation teams.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that support practice growth across EMEA.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in Supply Chain, Fulfilment, Logistics, GBS, Operations Consulting, or related transformation environments.
  • Experience working with senior Supply Chain and Operations leaders.
  • Strong understanding of Sales & Fulfilment and Supply Chain transformation trends.
  • Proven ability to shape and support large transformation programmes and outsourcing opportunities.
  • Knowledge of digital, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled Supply Chain solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and international environment.
