The Role: Senior Practice Engagement Manager, EMEA
The Senior Practice Engagement Manager, EMEA is a vital role in the F&A and GBS leadership team, with the main goal of driving sales growth for our F&A Transformation and outsourcing services across specific geos in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will collaborate with a team of experts in solution design, program management and transformation consulting to acquire new clients and increase revenue from existing ones. You will also act as a trusted advisor to client CFOs and provide them with insights and guidance on how to leverage digital finance and AI-led solutions in complex, multi-country operating environments. As an AI champion, you will help shape client conversations around practical AI adoption, productivity uplift and new operating models for the future of Finance and GBS.

To qualify for this role, you should have:
Education and relevant experience: A bachelor's degree in any relevant field, liberal arts or accounting with at least 15 years of experience, or an MBA degree with at least 13 years of experience
Business understanding: The ability to understand clients' needs and challenges across EMEA markets and to engage them in large-scale Finance/GBS transformation projects.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with CFOs, Group controllers and GBS leaders across EMEA and ensuring their alignment and commitment to Infosys solution and capability
- Being a trusted transformation partner for CXOs and helping them achieve their strategic objectives.
- Co-leading the F&A/GBS transformation bids with the Sales anchor and ensuring the quality and competitiveness of the proposal.
- Being part of the senior governance team for transformation projects across EMEA and ensuring their successful delivery
- Creating and delivering high-quality content for webinars and whitepapers to showcase Infosys thought leadership in the F&A/GBS domain.
- Championing AI-first transformation across F&A and GBS by identifying relevant use cases, shaping value-led AI narratives for clients, and working with solution teams to embed AI, automation and analytics into transformation proposals.
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members who are part of the bid teams and developing their skills and capabilities.
- Taking part in or leading cross-functional initiatives across the organization to support the unit's goals.

The ideal candidate for this role should have:
- A deep knowledge of the F&A/GBS transformation landscape and the latest trends and best practices
- The ability to identify win themes and link them to the proposed solution.
- A proven track record of providing CFO advisory services and delivering value-added outcomes.
- A good understanding of digital/AI solutions and how they can enhance the F&A/GBS functions.
- The ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and influence their decisions.
- The ability to work with diverse, multi-cultural and cross-functional teams across EMEA and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
