We're delighted to be partnering with a leading global law firm to recruit a Practice Innovation & Knowledge Attorney.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer who is passionate about the future of legal services and excited by the possibilities of innovation, knowledge management, and artificial intelligence. Sitting at the intersection of law, technology, and operational excellence, you'll work closely with partners, lawyers, and business leaders to transform the way legal work is delivered.

As a key member of the firm's innovation and knowledge function, you will:

- Drive knowledge management and practice innovation initiatives across multiple practice areas.
- Help lawyers maximize the value of AI tools, legal technology, and modern knowledge platforms.
- Curate, develop, and enhance precedents, know-how, and best practice resources.
- Identify opportunities to improve legal workflows, efficiency, and client service delivery.
- Evaluate, pilot, and implement innovative solutions to address practice challenges.
- Support change management activities and encourage adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
- Collaborate with legal and business services teams to embed innovation across the firm.
About You
We're keen to hear from qualified lawyers who bring:
- Experience gained in private practice.
- A genuine interest in legal innovation, knowledge management, and emerging technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A commercial mindset and a desire to improve how legal work is delivered.
- Experience with legal technology, automation, AI tools, or knowledge systems, although this is not essential.
