Are you passionate about helping Wealth Managers build more productive, efficient, and successful businesses?
We're looking for a Practice Intelligence Consultant to partner with Wealth Managers across the UK, helping them improve business performance, operational efficiency, and long-term resilience. This is a highly visible role that combines consulting, coaching, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement within a leading wealth management environment.
What you'll do
- Partner with Wealth Managers to identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and business growth.
- Design and deliver practice management programmes, resources, and best practice initiatives.
- Develop coaching, training, and educational content that drives behavioural change and business outcomes.
- Facilitate webinars, events, and presentations for adviser audiences.
- Monitor industry, regulatory, and market trends to ensure resources remain relevant and forward-looking.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external providers.
- Manage projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring measurable impact.

What we're looking for
- Experience within wealth management, financial planning, or the broader financial advice sector.
- Strong understanding of adviser businesses, operational processes, and practice management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A naturally curious and consultative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Business coaching qualifications (EMCC, ICF, AC) and/or CISI/CII qualifications are advantageous.
