YOUR IMPACT
As the Practice Leader, you will own the delivery, performance, and growth of a Professional Services practice across a region or solution area. You’ll lead a team of 15 to 25+ consultants and managers, partnering closely with Client Principals, Delivery Leads, Product Management, and senior client stakeholders to drive successful delivery, revenue attainment, resource planning, and practice strategy. You'll be the delivery leader for a portfolio of complex, high-value engagements while shaping future offerings and capability development.

What The Role Offers
- Leadership of a 15-25+ person Professional Services practice
- Ownership of a $10M-$35M annual services portfolio
- Direct engagement with senior client stakeholders
- Influence on product, solution, and offering enhancements
- Industry thought leadership through forums and white papers
What You Need To Succeed
- Proven ability to lead large consulting or services teams
- Deep understanding of DevOps, CI/CF Lifecycle, SW development, Project Management, Functional and Performance Testing
- Track record of managing complex, high-value client engagements
- Proven ability to drive revenue, margin, and utilization outcomes
- Track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing leaders
- Proven ability to align resource planning with business demand
