Digital Delivered is a specialist digital, data, and security services company.
We are building our Cybersecurity practice, and we are looking for the person who will own it, not run a line of someone else's.
This is a founding hire, reporting directly to a founder. You get warm access to live enterprise clients from week one, total autonomy over proposition, pricing, partners, and hires, and meaningful equity alongside an uncapped share of practice profit. In exchange, the base is modest against your market rate. That trade is deliberate, and it is what makes the equity real.
What you will own
- The practice across all three revenue lines: advisory, consulting delivery, and resell of our software partners.
- Resilience, continuity, and recovery engagements led personally — BCM frameworks, crisis management, third-party assurance, and DFIR.
- Conversion of our existing clients into cyber revenue. The relationships are already live.
- Vendor relationships and margin on resell, choosing partners on client outcome rather than rebate.
- The associate bench, then the permanent team, as demand justifies it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What we are looking for
- Experience in cybersecurity professional services — and someone who has sold the work, not only delivered it.
- Ideally has run their own practice or business previously.
- An existing client network you can leverage.
- A practitioner background — CISO, security consultant, or resilience lead — carrying enterprise engagements end to end.
- Fluent in the frameworks clients are audited against, and able to translate them into board language.
- Wants ownership badly enough to price it into the offer.
The capability set you inherit
- Cloud Security
- Data Security
- Offensive Security
- Information Security
- OT Security
- Network Security
- Organisational Resilience — plus vCISO, vISM, and virtual DPO. Resilience is where you lead from; the rest is what you sell around it.

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
We also cross-pollinate across Digital & Data, Cybersecurity, and Search & Talent. A data engagement surfaces a security gap. A security review surfaces a leadership gap. Every client is three conversations, not one — and you own the cyber end of all of them.
Success at twelve months
- A practice with its own revenue line and pipeline, earning across advisory, delivery, and resell.
- Two existing clients buying security work they were not buying before.
- Your first hire made, and delivery no longer dependent on you.
Apply through LinkedIn, no CV needed first. A short note on the practice you would build, and what you would want owning it to be worth, is enough to start the conversation. Every application is read by the leadership team directly.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
