Company Description

NHP (The National House Project) is a registered charity, incorporated in August 2018, that supports local authorities across the country to set up and manage Local House Projects. These projects enable young people to leave care in a planned, supported way, alongside peers.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate social worker to join our team as a Practice Lead. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Local House Projects across the country, working alongside local authority staff to ensure young people leaving care are supported through trauma-informed, psychologically informed and relational practice.
