As a Practice Lead, you will play a key role in shaping large-scale, complex programmes that deliver meaningful business change. You will lead teams, influence stakeholders and ensure that every project is structured to achieve measurable outcomes. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile initiatives, collaborate with industry specialists and make a tangible impact on the future of technology delivery.
What you’ll do
- Lead major programmes and manage Project Managers to deliver business-critical outcomes.
- Define programme structures, delivery approaches, governance models and assurance frameworks.
- Support the full lifecycle, from pre-sales and proposal development through to delivery and benefits realisation.
- Provide team leadership, line management, performance support and development to enable effective delivery.
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment with customer governance and business priorities.
- Forecast and optimise resources, balancing multiple assignments to maximise efficiency and impact.
- Grow the practice by building capability and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing subject matter expertise and recommending best-fit delivery methodologies.

What you’ll bring
- A proven track record of delivering complex, high-risk programmes and multiple successful assignments.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to guide teams and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Experience managing HR line responsibilities and complex stakeholder environments.
- Knowledge of programme and project delivery methodologies, such as MSP, PRINCE2 and Agile.
- Awareness of Health and Safety requirements, including IOSH or equivalent standards, and CDM regulations.
- An understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to explain their business value clearly.
- Strong assurance, governance and business management capabilities.
