You’ll join us as a Practice Manager in a busy 5-surgery dental practice on Penistone’s high street—a full-time, permanent opportunity to drive growth and patient care.
About the Role
We are looking for a commercially minded Practice Manager to lead our thriving practice in Penistone. Our location is convenient, with easy access to local transport and on-site parking.
Our Practice
- Wide range of NHS and private treatments, including:

- Opportunity to expand private revenue and grow financial performance.
Your role as Practice Manager will involve:
- Driving practice performance against objectives, including outstanding patient care and financial targets.
- Leading and managing a team of practice support staff (dental nurses, receptionists) and maintaining strong relationships with self-employed clinicians.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and interpreting financial data (e.g., profit and loss accounts) for commercial decision-making.
