Practice Manager | Leicestershire | Up to £60,000 DOE | Hybrid Working Available
A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Leicestershire is seeking an experienced Legal Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the firm.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Practice Manager to join a progressive and growing firm, working closely with senior leadership to ensure the smooth running of the business, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive operational efficiencies.
The Role
As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the firm's operations, supporting both the strategic and day-to-day running of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily office operations, facilities management, and administrative functions.
- Monitoring financial performance, budgets, reporting, and payroll processes.
- Managing and supporting administrative teams, ensuring efficient workflows and resource allocation.
- Working alongside senior management to implement operational improvements and best practices.
- Supporting compliance functions and ensuring adherence to regulatory and risk management requirements.
- Liaising with external IT providers and overseeing legal practice management systems.
- Maintaining high standards of client care and acting as a key point of contact for suppliers and service providers.
- Assisting with the firm's ongoing growth and development initiatives.

Requirements
Applications will only be considered from candidates with previous experience working as a Legal Practice Manager within a law firm.
The successful candidate will also possess:
- A thorough understanding of legal practice management and law firm operations.
- Strong knowledge of SRA regulations, Lexcel standards, Law Society requirements, and Professional Indemnity Insurance obligations.
- Experience overseeing financial processes, budgeting, and operational performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
