Job Description

Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering excellent patient care? Whether you're an experienced Practice Manager or come from a similar people-focused leadership background, this could be just the opportunity you've been waiting for.

We're looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our welcoming team at 23 Cosmetic Dental Clinic in Morpeth.

Job Details

  • Position: Full-time – 40 hours per week
  • Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays, working flexibly between 8:00am – 6:00pm
  • Salary: Competitive – dependent on experience
  • Practice Type: Fully private practice

Established for over 25 years, with a trusted reputation for delivering exceptional patient care. Lead a modern, purpose-built practice with two ground-floor surgeries.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a highly experienced, friendly team in a collaborative environment.
  • Oversee a practice providing a wide range of treatments, including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, and dental implants.
  • Work closely with a supportive Operations Manager and Business Partners to drive practice performance, team development, and continued growth.
  • Play a key role in maintaining an exceptional patient journey while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

About You

We’d love to receive your application to our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

  • A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus, but not essential.
  • Passionate about delivering great service.
  • Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best.
  • Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets).
  • Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team.
