Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our welcoming team at 23 Cosmetic Dental Clinic in Morpeth.
Job Details
- Position: Full-time – 40 hours per week
- Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays, working flexibly between 8:00am – 6:00pm
- Salary: Competitive – dependent on experience
- Practice Type: Fully private practice
Established for over 25 years, with a trusted reputation for delivering exceptional patient care. Lead a modern, purpose-built practice with two ground-floor surgeries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a highly experienced, friendly team in a collaborative environment.
- Oversee a practice providing a wide range of treatments, including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, and dental implants.
- Work closely with a supportive Operations Manager and Business Partners to drive practice performance, team development, and continued growth.
- Play a key role in maintaining an exceptional patient journey while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Please note that as part of your role, you’ll be the Registered Manager for this practice.
About You
We’d love to receive your application to our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:
- A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus, but not essential.
- Passionate about delivering great service.
- Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best.
- Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets).
- Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team.
