Practice Manager in Brighton

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Practice Manager to join a GP Practice in Brighton on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager or senior primary care professional looking to take responsibility for the day-to-day management, leadership and development of a GP Practice.

The Role

The successful candidate will provide strong operational and strategic leadership across the practice, ensuring the service operates effectively while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the GP Practice
• Leading, managing and supporting practice staff
• Managing workforce planning, recruitment and staff development
• Supporting the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care
• Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements, policies and regulations
• Supporting clinical governance, quality improvement and risk management
• Managing practice finances, budgets and resources
• Monitoring performance and supporting delivery against QOF and other primary care targets
• Developing and maintaining effective practice policies and procedures
• Working closely with GP Partners, clinicians and the wider multidisciplinary team
• Supporting the practice with service development and continuous improvement
• Ensuring effective communication between staff, patients and external stakeholders
