Known for leveraging leading cloud accounting platforms, the firm prioritises exceptional client care, efficiency, and continuous process improvement.

Due to ongoing growth, this newly created leadership position will take full ownership of daily operational delivery and team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Accountants and Bookkeepers, driving performance, capacity planning, and resourcing across key statutory deadlines.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily workflow accuracy and efficiency across bookkeeping, compliance, and advisory services.
  • Tech & Process Champion: Drive the adoption and effective use of modern cloud tools (Xero, QuickBooks, TaxCalc) to streamline delivery and execute process improvement projects.
  • Client Experience & Escalation: Serve as the primary point of contact for complex client enquiries, maintaining high service standards and resolving escalations within agreed SLAs.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure full practice compliance across GDPR, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and professional accounting standards.
  • Management Information: Produce and present regular operational performance data to the Senior Leadership Team to shape commercial decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
