Role Description
This role is a full-time, on-site role based in central London. This role oversees daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and coordination between medical, performance, and therapeutic teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

- Managing administrative processes
- Maintaining quality and compliance standards
- Monitoring performance metrics
- Supporting continuous improvement of services
- Handling staff coordination
- Resource allocation
- Vendor relationships
- Support budgeting, reporting, and implementation of operational policies
- Fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment
- Ensuring communication between clients, clinicians, and support staff remains clear and timely
Qualifications
- Experience in medical or health practice management, clinic administration, or healthcare operations, ideally in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize, coordinate schedules, and manage multiple workflows.
- Proficiency with practice management systems, electronic health records, and general office software (e.g., scheduling tools, spreadsheets, communication platforms).
- Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills, including staff supervision, performance feedback, and team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clinicians, clients, and external partners.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, confidentiality standards, and best practices in patient experience and safety.
- Analytical skills for tracking operational metrics, interpreting data, and contributing to strategic planning and process improvement.
- Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom, and adapt to a dynamic, high-performance clinical environment.
