Womens One World is a holistic superspeciality Medical centre dedicated to Super speciality Obstetrics & Gynaecology centre amalgamated with holistics to enhance the physical & Mental of non pregnant, pregnant, and menopausal patients.

Role Description
A Retired Specialist Nurse or Matron are very welcome to Apply. Their Experience will be much appreciated.
The Practice Manager for the superspeciality center at Womens One World will oversee daily operations, including appointment scheduling, patient flow, and coordination between clinical and administrative teams. This full-time, on-site role in London involves managing staffing and performance, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring that policies and procedures are followed. The Practice Manager will handle budgeting and resource allocation, monitor operational metrics, and collaborate with leadership to enhance patient and staff experience. The role also includes maintaining regulatory and compliance standards, supervising front-office processes, and supporting communication with patients in a professional, empathetic manner.

This position needs a minimum of 5 yrs Experience as a Practice:
- Demonstrated skills in healthcare practice management, including coordination of clinical and administrative operations and supervision of staff.
- Experience with scheduling systems, patient flow management, and front-office administration in a clinic or healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities to oversee multiple tasks and priorities in a busy practice.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and engage respectfully with patients.
- Proficiency with basic office software and practice management tools; comfort interpreting operational and financial reports.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, confidentiality standards, and best practices for patient-centered care.
- Prior experience in women’s health or holistic/mental health services is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
