Are you an experienced Practice Manager looking to make a real impact in a friendly, people-focused legal firm?
Our client, a long-established family-run law practice in Bury, is seeking a proactive and hands-on Practice Manager to play a key role in the smooth running and continued growth of their business.

The Role
As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellent client service. Your remit will include:

- Overseeing HR, finance, and administrative functions
- Managing budgets, billing, and supplier relationships
- Ensuring SRA compliance and maintaining firm policies and procedures
- Supporting partners with strategic planning and business development
- Leading and motivating the support team to deliver exceptional service
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous experience as a Practice Manager (Within a legal environment)
- Strong organisational, financial, and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work autonomously
- Experience of working with Legal Aid would be an advantage
