- Monday to Sunday (PM will work Monday to Friday)
Opening Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

The purpose of this job is…
- To successfully lead the practice by listening to understand, driving engagement, and fostering a patient-centric team, while collaborating closely with the Practice Development Manager and Practice Principal to develop, manage, and implement project-based business development initiatives across the two of our practices. The role focuses on delivering whole-of-business outcomes, including increased revenue, improved conversion rates, enhanced chair utilisation, and optimised overall practice performance.

What you’ll need to make it possible
- The ability to build and sustain a high-performance culture focused on accountability, productivity, collaboration, and exceptional patient care.
- Proven people leadership capability, including recruiting, onboarding, retaining, and developing teams through regular performance reviews, coaching, and tailored development plans.
- A track record of identifying and developing future leaders, addressing performance issues early, professionally, and with care.
- Strong operational leadership to oversee day-to-day practice operations, refine systems and workflows, and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery for patients.
- A hands-on, results-driven leadership style with the commercial acumen to manage complex or multi-site operations while balancing staffing levels and team wellbeing.
- High emotional intelligence, excellent communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and inspire teams at all levels.
