About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Practice Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of a premium private healthcare practice in Mayfair. This is a hands-on role combining people management, operational leadership, patient experience, compliance and commercial responsibility. You’ll work closely with clinicians and the wider team to ensure the practice runs smoothly, efficiently and to an exceptionally high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee the day-to-day running and operational performance of the practice
  • Lead, manage and develop the practice and administrative team
  • Ensure patients receive a seamless, professional and highly personalised experience
  • Work closely with GPs, clinicians and external healthcare providers
  • Manage patient enquiries, feedback and sensitive or complex situations
  • Oversee appointments, scheduling, referrals and administrative processes
  • Identify and implement improvements to systems, processes and operational efficiency
  • Maintain practice policies, procedures and compliance standards
  • Support CQC, GDPR, safeguarding and other relevant healthcare requirements
  • Monitor budgets, costs, invoicing and financial administration
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and external service providers
  • Track operational KPIs and report on practice performance
  • Support the development and implementation of new processes as the practice grows
  • Ensure the practice consistently delivers a premium, discreet and patient-first service

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Clinic Manager, Healthcare Operations Manager or similar
  • Experience within private healthcare, GP, medical or clinical environments
  • Strong experience managing people and day-to-day operations
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence working with senior clinicians and healthcare professionals
  • Good understanding of healthcare compliance and governance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong patient/client service mindset
  • Commercial awareness and confidence working with budgets and KPIs
  • A calm, professional and solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Experience improving processes, systems and operational workflows
  • Experience within private or concierge healthcare would be highly advantageous
  • Experience working with VIP, high-net-worth or premium clients would be a plus
  • CQC experience would be advantageous
  • Candidates from premium hospitality, luxury service or other high-touch client environments may also be considered where they have relevant healthcare or operational experience

Salary & Location

£50,000–£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Location: Mayfair, London
