Practice Manager / Ipswich / Up to £62,000
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Practice Manager to join a thriving, forward-thinking GP practice in Ipswich, supporting a patient population of approximately 28,400.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who wants to work closely with GP Partners and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the practice.

Up to £62,000 DOE

Full-time position
Key areas include:
- Strategic leadership and partner support
- CQC, governance, compliance and risk management
- Finance, estates and business continuity
- Workforce, HR and operational management
- Digital transformation and quality improvement
- PCN and ICB relationships
- Supporting and developing the senior management team
- Promoting a positive, patient-focused and supportive culture

We're looking for someone with:
- Significant senior management experience within NHS primary care or a comparable healthcare setting
- Experience leading/supporting management teams and a varied workforce
- Strong knowledge of GMS/PMS contracts and CQC requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
- The ability to work strategically with GP Partners and external stakeholders
- A genuine commitment to patient care, staff wellbeing and continuous improvement
