Your future, your role

As a Designate Practice Manager at mydentist, you’ll:

  • Drive practice performance by:
    • Setting and achieving objectives such as:
      • Delivering outstanding patient care
      • Meeting financial targets
      • Managing budgets effectively
  • Lead teams including:
    • Practice support employees (e.g., dental nurses and receptionists)
    • Self-employed clinicians (managing contractual relationships)
  • Ensure compliance and meet all regulator requirements
  • Analyse financial data like profit and loss accounts
  • Make data-driven commercial decisions
