Main Responsibilities
- Assist the registered manager with duties relating to CQC outcomes, helping ensure ongoing compliance
- Work collaboratively with the wider general practice team to meet patients' needs
- Follow practice policies and procedures at all times
- Provide care for presenting patients, including assessment and treatment
- Manage chronic disease caseloads (ongoing monitoring and treatment of long-term conditions)
- Evaluate care given, to ensure it remains effective and appropriate

Requirements
- NMC UK registered nurse (newly qualified nurses are accepted)
- Experience in cervical cytology
- Experience in baby immunisations
- Good working knowledge of the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF)
