About the Role
The Primary Care Directorate is on an exciting journey of expanding the services we offer.
We have an exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity for a Band 6 Practice Nurse to expand their skills in Moorcroft Surgery. This is a part-time role working 18.75 hours per week.
Practice Nurse experience is essential for this role, so if you are looking for a new challenge and want to be part of a supportive MDT then this role could be for you.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the assessments of care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of programmes of care.
You will be expected to carry out all relevant forms of care.
You will be required to act in accordance with the legal requirements and statutory rules relating to Practice and all North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare.
