Practice Nurse

Salary, based on 40 hours per week

We have a vacancy in our practice based in Greenwich. This can either be a full-time 40-hour role or a part-time role.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference.

About the Role

As a GP Practice Nurse, you will work within a GP practice providing assessment, screening, and treatment services, advising patients on general healthcare and minor ailments with referral to GPs as necessary.

Our Practice Nurse’s work as part of the general practice team and are supported by, and work with, a diverse, multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly staff, providing high-quality, person-centered, holistic care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices.

Requirements

  • Current NMC Registration
  • Experienced nurse who can help us manage QOF, etc., or Diabetic Specialized
  • Practice Nurse experience within Primary Care is essential
