Job Description
Are you a natural leader with a passion for creating long-term partnerships with dental practices and specialist clinicians to drive customer retention, revenue growth, and mutual business success?
We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Partnership Manager to join our fabulous team at Ceramiart Dental Laboratories in London.
Full-time hours available, 40 hours per week over 5 days
Competitive hourly rate from £19p/h
Responsibilities
The Practice Partnership Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic relationships between the dental laboratory and PortmanDentex practices. The role focuses on creating long-term partnerships with dental practices and specialist clinicians to drive customer retention, revenue growth, and mutual business success.
- Works closely with clinicians and practice teams to identify opportunities where laboratory services and digital workflows can improve the patient journey.
- Collaborates with a partnered laboratory on future development of services and digital workflows to future proof the laboratory.

- Experience within the dental or laboratory sectors.
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or commercial relationship management.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
- GDC Qualified Technician.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to travel to other UK locations as required.
