We are looking for an experienced and proactive Practice Support Executive (PSE) to support the CTFS team. This is a part-time role (21 hours per week) on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role will provide high-level, hands-on support to partners and the associate team, working closely with clients, Business Development and wider support functions. The successful candidate will support 1 Partner in the team, and will be a confident individual who enjoys managing competing priorities, takes ownership, and can work at pace with minimal escalation.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing busy diaries with constantly changing priorities
- Handling expenses, billing and disbursement queries
- Managing matter openings end to end, including conflict checks and engagement letters
- Acting as a confident, client-facing point of contact
- Working closely with BD, supporting marketing campaigns and client initiatives
- Producing and amending documents as needed
Skills and Experience Required
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and clients
- Strong judgement and attention to detail, especially with complex information
- Calm and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Able to adapt communication style and work collaboratively with others
- Experience in a professional services environment, with exposure to matter management and billing
