Practice Support Assistant | London | Up to £32,000
Already working in a law firm and wondering what the next step could look like?
I’m recruiting a Practice Support Assistant for a leading City law firm, and I think this is a particularly good opportunity for someone who has already gained some legal support/administration experience but wants a role with more breadth, exposure, and opportunity to develop.
You’ll work as part of a collaborative Practice Support function, supporting lawyers and the wider team across:

- File opening, closing, archiving, and document management
- Client and marketing administration, including CRM updates
- Diary, meeting room, and travel support
- Events, seminars, and conference administration
- Expenses, billing, and financial administration
- General practice and administrative support
- Helping the team improve processes and keep things running efficiently
