Job Description

Business Architects define and structure the business strategy, capabilities, services, governance, organizational domains, and key business processes. They align goals and objectives with products, processes, services, partners, and suppliers to optimize the enterprise organization, its capabilities, and initiatives. The key focus is on the end-to-end value delivery, business operations, and business motivations linking the enterprise networks together.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Business Architect

  • Work with external or internal clients to build a holistic view of the strategy, capabilities, services, governance, organizational domains, and key business process assets for their organization.
  • Lead business architecture solutions for a complete project or lead teams across multiple projects.
  • Lead the integration of project solutions and governance.
  • Certification: preferably Capgemini Architects certification level 1 or 2, IAF and TOGAF 9, or equivalent.
