Job Title: Prada Client Advisor

Job Purpose
As Prada Client Advisor, you guarantee an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the Client above all, discovering their needs and expectations, fostering meaningful relationships, serving as a Brand Ambassador.
You convey and promote the Brand philosophy and Values to the final Clients guiding them into the world of Prada.
You are responsible for developing your client portfolio, achieving individual and team objectives, and delivering excellence across all touchpoints of the client journey.
Responsibilities
- Place the Client at the center of every interaction, delivering an exceptional luxury experience.
- Achieve individual sales and KPI targets while contributing to the success of the store.
- Build and develop a personal client portfolio through proactive clienteling activities.
- Capture and maintain accurate CRM information to support client development initiatives.
- Develop and retain clients through appointments, follow-up activities, and personalized outreach.
- Identify opportunities to acquire new clients and VICs.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge, brand history, culture, and DNA.
- Promote cross-category selling opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and business performance.
- Utilize digital and omnichannel tools to provide a seamless luxury experience.
- Support daily operational activities and work collaboratively with Front and Back of House teams.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational guidelines.
- Foster open communication and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.

Knowledge and Skills
- Previous experience within a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for luxury retail and client experience.
- Curiosity and interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design.
- Ability to develop long-lasting client relationships.
- Commercial mindset and results orientation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English, other languages are desirable.
