JOB SUMMARY
The HR Intern is a key part of the Prada HR Team for North Europe, based at our Head Office in London. In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR administrative support for the day-to-day operations of HR and will contribute proactively. This position is for a 6-12 month fixed-term contract.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the team with generalist HR administration at all stages of the employee experience, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, contract changes
- Managing the HR Information System and ensuring data entry and reporting are completed with accuracy and according to deadlines
- First point of contact to respond to HR queries
- Coordination of activities, processes and projects within the HR Team

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree or equivalent in Business Management, HR, Economics, Psychology or a comparable field
- Previous experience of working within an HR department, ideally for a Retail or Fashion Business
- Independent and structured way of working as well as strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Proactive, curious, self-motivated with attention to detail and good time management
- Must have a good competency of MS Office; previous experience of HRIS system an advantage
