Role Overview
We are looking for an inspired individual with Surgical experience to join our Surgical Pre-Assessment Team at St. Bartholomew’s Hospital. The job offers the unique opportunity to bring your expertise to ensure safe and compassionate patient experience whilst maximising our capacity utilisation through innovative ways.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside pre-assessment colleagues including Surgeons, Perioperative Medicine, and Senior Nursing Team to deliver high quality care to patients undergoing Breast, Gynae, or Endocrine Surgery.
- Ensure patients receive high quality care, ensuring they feel informed, engaged, and well prepared for their pending treatment.
- Actively contribute to realising the service vision and key targets by working closely with service leads.
- Partner with peers to drive incremental innovation to achieve safe and compassionate patient experience.
